Well, we're happy to report a good time was had by all at our first ever New Year's Eve Midnight Run. A small, but it must be said pretty awesome, bunch of people gathered at the main entrance to the Morialta Conservation Park without having any idea at all where we were headed.
A bus then collected everyone to take us to our mystery starting point before we made our way to the fireworks viewpoint. Despite a few course marker glowsticks that went missing, (We're pretty sure the koalas stole them - see evidence below), everyone managed to find their way there and we enjoyed an ice cold drink on what was a VERY hot night, (about 30c still at midnight), and watched the city's many fireworks displays before making our way back to the car where everyone was presented with a very exclusive, lightweight finisher's medal.
When we went out to de-mark the course the following day, the mystery of the missing Glowsticks was solved. Remember, koalas cannot be trusted....
